Construction: The chamber is constructed in double wall. The interior of the chamber is made of stainless steel 304 grade and the exterior is made out of Mild stainless steel/Mild steel with painted and elegant looks with puf insulation in between along with chemical resistant. The door is fitted on the chamber by the heavy-duty hinges and locking arrangement. Gasket on the door. The refrigerator is fitted with castor wheels for ease of mobility.

Insulation: About 17.5cm high density polyurethane or equivalent Gaskets-Double seal silicon.

Trays/Shelves: No. of Racks 3-4 subject to capacity. Pull out stainless steel partitions/trays

Gasket: Special P.V.C rubber gasket for double sealing, mounted on double walled door

Opening door: The chamber provides with a full front opening double wall typed PUFF insulated door with inner lining of stainless steel.

Inner Door: Inner door provided of thick plexi sheet for better sealing and temperature maintenance. Having facility of removing doors for cleaning and defrosting.

Insulation: 10cms of high density, special quality, polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation to keep inner temperature stored for longer periods and avoid temperature losses.

Condensing Unit: Heavy duty refrigeration system, maintenance free below -80^oC cascaded connection with hermetically sealed refrigeration compressors and reliable cascaded refrigeration to minimise noise and vibration, air cooled with security lock to prevent unintentional switch off shall be supplied. It should have short cooling time of 4 to 5 hours at maximum ambient temperature of 33^oC. The equipment should be of continuous duty and frost free. Access port for CO2 back up for refrigeration system in case of machine failure. Dual compressors(Kirloskar make compressor, which is CFC free)cascade system and complete condensing units with copper coil condensers cooled by special continuous rated, imported fan motors for effective and silent functioning.

Temp. controller and recorder: Up to -86^oC with PID(Programmable) microprocessor based digital controllers having LED display and audio/visual alarm system. Complete electronic circuitry with safety features incorporated with seven days graphic inkless temperature recorder with rechargeable battery back.

Control panel: Micro-processor based temperature controller with digital temperature display LED-LCD with seven days graphic inkless temperature recorder with rechargeable battery back up including charger maintenance free and insensitive to vibration with PT-100 sensor, compressor, fans, alarm etc.

Inspection Lamp: One low watt bulb for internal automatically/manual operated

Alarm: Have audio visual electronic alarm system independent of power supply
