Technical Specifications
Construction: The chamber is constructed triple walled. The interior of the chamber is made of stainless steel and the exterior is made out of stainless steel or G CRCA MS sheet with two coats of primer and 3 coats of DUCO paint with mineral wool insulation in between. The chamber is provided with a full front opening door, which is double wall typed with transparent full view glass door. The door is fitted on the chamber by heavy duty hinges and locking arrangement. Gasket on the door.
Insulation: Mineral wool insulation for better power saving purpose
Heating elements: Nicrom wire, Porcelain beads and placed three sides in the chamber for uniform temperature
Light indicators: On-off switch and plug and cord
Thermostat: Safety thermo stat to prevent over heating
Controls: Microprocessor based digital temperature controller
Working Temp. Adjustable: 5 to 60oC+0.5oC
Power supply: Single phase/220 volt A.C. Built in safety thermostat, voltage stabilizer/UV lamp 1.5ft with complete accessories.
Cooling unit: Kirloskar make compressor which is CFC free
Fan: 2 Nos Air circulating fan to maintain uniformity of temperature
